Pressure control components for industrial liquid feeding systems

The LFR-5 is a low-pressure control element used in paint feeding systems and industrial liquid conveying systems. It can stably adjust the feeding pressure to the working pressure required by the equipment, so as to keep the pressure and flow rate stable during the liquid conveying process.

Installation location

Installed downstream of the pump or on the low-pressure feed main line, it is used to adjust the pressure of the liquid output by the pump to the working pressure required by the equipment and reduce the impact of pump pulsation on downstream equipment.

Product Features

The LFR-5 employs a diaphragm pressure regulation structure, which can precisely control the output pressure within a low-pressure range, keeping the liquid feed pressure stable. The 3/8" line interface and recirculation design support larger flow rates of liquid delivery and circulation systems, making it suitable for coating equipment and industrial liquid control applications requiring stable low-pressure feed.
