LBR-A02 Pneumatically Controlled Low-Pressure Liquid Back Pressure Regulator
Stabilizing element for backflow pressure in pneumatically controlled liquid circulation system
The LBR-A02 is a pneumatically controlled low-pressure liquid back pressure controller used for backflow pressure control in liquid circulation feeding systems. By adjusting the backflow pressure through an external air pressure signal, the pipeline can maintain stable pressure and ensure a stable liquid flow rate.
Installation location
Installed at the return end of the liquid circulation system or the end of the feed line, it is used to control the system return pressure, so that the liquid maintains a stable pressure and flow rate in the circulating feed system.
Product Features
The LBR-A02 employs a pneumatic diaphragm pressure control structure, adjusting the back pressure setting value via an external air pressure signal. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the back pressure regulator opens the backflow mechanism, allowing excess liquid to return to the storage tank or circulation pipeline, thereby maintaining stable system pressure. Compared to traditional manual back pressure regulators, the pneumatically controlled back pressure regulator can be integrated with automated equipment for remote pressure adjustment, ensuring that the liquid circulation system maintains stable pressure and flow rate under different operating conditions.

• Automated liquid circulation feeding system
• Automated equipment liquid control
• Liquid reflux pressure control
• Industrial liquid low-pressure control system
