The LBR-3 is a low-pressure liquid back pressure controller designed for high-flow-rate backflow pressure control in liquid circulation feeding systems, maintaining stable pressure in the pipeline and ensuring a stable liquid flow rate.

Installation location

Installed at the end of the return line or feed line of the liquid circulation system, it is used to control the system return pressure, so that the liquid maintains a stable pressure and flow rate in the circulating feed system.

Product Features

The LBR-3 uses a spring and diaphragm pressure control structure, with the backflow pressure adjusted and set via a knob. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the back pressure device will open the backflow, allowing excess liquid to return to the storage tank or circulation pipeline, thereby maintaining stable pipeline pressure.

Its design is suitable for high-flow-rate liquid circulation systems, which can reduce feed pressure fluctuations and ensure that the equipment operates under stable pressure.
