LBR-2 Low-Pressure Liquid Back Pressure Regulator
Manually controlled liquid circulation system pressure stabilizing element
The LBR-2 is a low-pressure liquid back pressure device designed to control the backflow pressure of a liquid circulation feeding system, maintaining stable pressure in the pipeline and ensuring a stable liquid flow rate.
Installation location
Installed at the end of the return line or supply line of a liquid circulation system, it is used to control the return pressure in the line so that the liquid can maintain a stable flow in the circulation system.
Product Features
The LBR-2 employs a spring and diaphragm pressure control structure, with the backflow pressure set via an adjustment knob. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the back pressure device activates the backflow, allowing excess liquid to return to the storage tank or circulation pipeline, thereby maintaining stable system pressure.
Its structural design is suitable for liquid circulation systems with larger flow rates, which can reduce feed pressure fluctuations and improve system stability.
Application
• Liquid circulation feeding system
• Automated equipment liquid control
• Liquid reflux pressure control
• Industrial liquid low-pressure control system
