LBR-1 Low-Pressure Liquid Back Pressure Regulator
Manually controlled liquid circulation system pressure stabilizing element
The LBR-1 is a low-pressure liquid back pressure device used to control the backflow pressure of a liquid circulation feeding system, so as to maintain a stable pressure in the pipeline and ensure a stable liquid flow rate.
Installation location
Installed at the end of a liquid circulation system or in a return pipeline, it is used to control the return pressure in the pipeline, so that the liquid maintains a stable circulation flow in the feeding system.
Product Features
The LBR-1 uses a spring and diaphragm structure to control the backflow pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the back pressure device will open the backflow, allowing the excess liquid to return to the storage tank or circulation pipeline, thereby maintaining stable pipeline pressure.
This design reduces pressure fluctuations in liquid feeding systems, ensuring the equipment operates under stable feeding pressure, making it particularly suitable for liquid circulation feeding systems.
Application
• Liquid circulation feeding system
• Automated equipment liquid control
• Liquid reflux pressure control
• Industrial liquid low-pressure control system
