Stabilizing element for manually controlled high-pressure liquid system backflow pressure

The HBR series are high-pressure liquid back pressure controllers used for backflow pressure control in high-pressure liquid feeding and conveying systems, maintaining stable pressure in pipelines and ensuring stable liquid flow.

Installation location

Installed at the return end of a high-pressure liquid circulation system or at the end of a feed line, it is used to control the return pressure in the pipeline, so that the liquid maintains a stable pressure and flow rate in the high-pressure feed system.

Product Features

The HBR series employs a spring and valve-type pressure control structure, with the backflow pressure set via an adjustment knob. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the back pressure regulator opens, allowing excess liquid to return to the storage tank or circulation pipeline, thereby maintaining stable pipeline pressure. Its design is suitable for high-pressure liquid transfer systems, reducing the impact of pump pulsation and pressure fluctuations on equipment operation and process quality.
